Returns Policy
Cool Solutions’s return policy allows for cancellations within 7 days of receiving goods under the Consumer Protection Act, requiring written notice, undamaged/unused items in original packaging, and incurring a 15% handling fee plus shipping costs, with refunds subject to conditions; for warranty issues, they offer repair/replacement within the first 6 months for quality defects but focus on repairs after that, excluding misuse or unauthorized modifications, and proof of purchase is always needed.Only new products are accepted when returned. Returns can be dropped of at various locations or we will uplift the unit & return the product. Refunds will be processed within 2 days after receiving the product back & checked.
For General Returns (Cooling-Off Period):
- Timeframe: You can cancel your purchase within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
- Conditions: The product must be undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging, returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Process: Cancellation must be in writing by the person who placed the order.
- Fees: Expect a 15% handling fee and deducted return shipping costs.
For Warranty & Defects:
- First 6 Months: If a product fails quality/safety standards, Cool Solutions can inspect it (within 14 working days) and offer repair or replacement at their discretion.
- After 6 Months: The focus shifts to repairing the product for the remainder of the warranty period.
- Exclusions: Warranty doesn’t cover misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or wear-and-tear parts after 6 months.
- Proof of Purchase: Essential for any claim (invoice/sales slip with date, retailer, details).
- Warranty Period: Please check your invoice for the warranty period. The start date will be when the unit is invoiced.
